By accessing or using ZipCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ZipCheck provides digital wardrobe management services, including item check-in/check-out tracking, digital wallet passes, and payment processing for venue operators and their guests.
Guests create accounts via email verification. Venue operators create accounts through the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
ZipCheck processes payments through Stripe. Guests load prepaid balances which are deducted at check-in. Venue operators receive payouts minus platform fees. All amounts are in EUR unless otherwise specified.
ZipCheck charges a platform fee of 20% on each transaction. Payout fees (€0.25 per SEPA transfer) are deducted from venue operator payouts. Minimum payout is €20.00.
Unused prepaid balances may be refunded upon request. Transaction refunds are handled at the discretion of the venue operator and ZipCheck.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Venue operators are data controllers for their guest data; ZipCheck acts as a data processor.
ZipCheck is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. The Service tracks items digitally but does not guarantee their physical safety. Venue operators are responsible for the physical custody of items.
Either party may terminate at any time. Venue operators must settle outstanding payouts before termination. Guest data will be retained for 30 days after account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
